$1.45M in Stolen Trucks, Trailers, and Cargo Recovered in Peel Police Bust; Brampton Men Inderjit Singh Walia and Narinder Shoker Charged
Peel Regional Police have arrested and charged two men from Brampton in connection to an ongoing theft and re-vinning of tractors and trailers.
On Tuesday, March 11, 2025, police responded to a report of a fraud in progress at a trucking yard and truck repair facility in the area of Derry Road East and Beckett Drive in Mississauga.
Investigators from Commercial Auto Crime Bureau conducted a search warrant the following day which led to the discovery of 14 re-vinned trailers, one stolen trailer, three re-vinned transports, and two stolen transports that were in the process of being dismantled. Two of the trailers also contained refrigeration units loaded with raspberries and beef, which were successfully recovered and returned to the victim companies
