26 Year Old Gurprit Arrested For Dangerously Operating Vehicle in Brampton Plaza Parking Lot, Evading Arrest
After a brief interaction with police, Gurprit fled from the officers, accelerating recklessly through a crowded parking lot and striking a traffic sign on the way out while trying to evade his arrest.
On Saturday, October 21st, 2023, uniformed officers from 22 Division attended College Plaza in Brampton after receiving multiple calls for vehicles driving erratically within the parking lot.
While on the scene, officers investigated 26-year-old Gurprit Singh from Brampton for dangerously operating a Black Jeep Wrangler within the parking lot. After a brief interaction with police, Gurprit fled from the officers, accelerating recklessly through a crowded parking lot and striking a traffic sign on the way out while trying to evade his arrest.
An arrest warrant was issued for Gurprit, and on Tuesday, March 26th 2024, he was taken into custody by officers from the 22 Division and charged with the following offences:

Gurprit was held in custody for a bail hearing.
