$50k reward offered for 30-year-old man wanted for North York shooting

According to Toronto police, a reward of up to $50,000 has been offered for information leading to the arrest of Richmond Hill resident Kiarash Parzham, 30, who is wanted for first-degree murder.
During a news conference on Tuesday, representatives from the Toronto police, the Bolo Program, and Crime Stoppers of Toronto declared the reward. In October of last year, Parzham was listed as the fourth most wanted fugitive by the Bolo programme, which aims to track down some of the most notorious fugitives in the nation.
“We are not looking for witnesses or people to testify. This case has already been prepared and is ready to go to trial…We are not looking for witnesses or people to testify.
