Bramalea Mall Jewellery Store Robbery, Police Makes Arrest
Security officers attended the robbery in progress and intervened. One suspect was arrested at the scene, while the other two suspects fled on foot.
Investigators from the Peel Regional Police Central Robbery Bureau have charged one person in connection to a robbery at a jewellery store in Brampton.
On November 8, 2023, at approximately 6:30 p.m., three suspects attended a jewellery store located in the shopping mall near Peel Centre Drive and Bramalea City Centre Drive in the City of Brampton. The suspects wore disguises to conceal their identities and were armed with hammers. The suspects demanded money and jewellery and smashed display cases, removing a significant quantity of merchandise.

He appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton for a bail hearing on November 9, 2023.
No physical injuries were reported by store staff or security officers.
This is an ongoing investigation, and investigators anticipate they may lay further charges.
