A 13-year-old has been charged with first-degree murder following the fatal stabbing of a 54-year-old man in Toronto.

The incident occurred around 12:21 a.m. on Tuesday, October 1, in the Jane Street and St. Clair Avenue West area. Toronto Police responded to reports of a stabbing and found the man bleeding in a parking lot. Despite efforts by emergency crews to save him, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
