Abhishek Bachchan discusses parenting in an interview and admits that his wife Aishwarya Rai handles most of the “heavy lifting” at home.

Aaradhya Bachchan, the father of Abhishek Bachchan’s adolescent daughter, will turn 13 in November of this year. The actor was asked to provide parental advice on how to handle disobedient teenagers in an exclusive interview. While he gave lengthy justifications for why one shouldn’t try to deal with the rebels, he also stressed that he is not the parent at home who is doing the most of the work. In order to free him up to “go and do” his profession, he also said that his wife, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, handles everything.

When sister Shweta questioned Abhishek

about parenting advice, Abhishek responded, “The idea is do not attempt to deal with it. Such is life. Generation after generation develops more quickly.
