23-Year-Old Jogpreet Singh Arrested For Tragic Collision in Seguin Township That Claimed Three Lives, Left One Critically Injured

Seguin Township, ON – A fatal collision on Tally Ho-Swords Road has left three people dead and one critically injured, according to a social media post by the OPP North East Region on Monday morning. The accident occurred on July 20, 2024, shortly after 11:00 p.m., prompting an immediate response from the West Parry Sound OPP, Parry Sound Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and the Seguin Township Fire Department.

The investigation, supported by the OPP Traffic Incident Management Enforcement (T.I.M.E) team and the West Parry Sound OPP Crime Unit, revealed that a single motor vehicle was involved in the tragic crash. Jogpreet Singh, 23, of Kingston, Ontario, has been charged with multiple serious offenses, including:
