AAP is minting money in liquor and mining in Punjab, alleges Navjot Sidhu
Patiala: Punjab Congress leader Navjot Sidhu on Thursday alleged that the AAP is minting money in liquor and mining in Punjab. Addressing the media here, Sidhu said whatever was promised in the run-up to the polls had not been delivered. He said Punjab is pathetic in terms of law and order.

Sidhu alleged that the AAP government is running away from answering questions about corruption.

Arvind Kejriwal holds the remote control to Punjab and Bhagwant Mann is a puppet chief minister, he alleged.

Sidhu said the open loot of Punjab resources would not be allowed and the state had the right to know “where the huge profit from liquor and mining is going”.

He said, “No power is absolute and no position is permanent. Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann will have to pay for the loot of excise resources of Punjab.”

Sidhu said the liquor scam involving Punjab and Delhi leaders from AAP needed to be thoroughly probed. “Only then the role of all corrupt AAP leaders will come to the fore,” he said. He said Kejriwal should also be questioned about the “huge profit margins from the Punjab excise scam”.
