Chandigarh:
In the fugitive Amritpal Singh, chief of Waris Punjab case, Punjab and Haryana High Court has sought a written reply from both the parties.
During the hearing today, Punjab Government said in the court that Amritpal is not in their custody but the agencies are constantly searching for his arrest.
