ED raid at AAP MP Sanjay Singh’s house

The excise policy is named in the charge sheet of the case

The ED (Enforcement Directorate) team raided the house of Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Singh today at 7 am. This raid took place in Sanjay Singh’s house in Delhi. It is being told that 6-7 officers of ED are investigating the excise policy case. Because Sanjay Singh is also named in the charge sheet of the excise policy case. Regarding the ED raid at Sanjay Singh’s house, Sanjay Singh’s father said that the ED is doing its work and we will give full support to it.

It should be noted that earlier on May 24, the ED also raided the houses of Sanjay Singh’s relatives in the excise policy case. Regarding the ED raids at Sanjay Singh’s house, Aam Aadmi Party leaders said that Sanjay Singh has been constantly raising questions on the issues of Adani and that is why his house is being raided. AAP leaders said that the agencies have not received anything before and will not get anything now.

ED’s second supplementary chargesheet in the Delhi Excise Policy case was released on May 2, in which the name of Aam Aadmi Party’s Rajya Sabha member from Punjab Raghav Chadha also came up. However, Raghav Chadha was not made an accused. It is to be noted that the former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi and senior Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia is also in jail in the excise policy case.
