A spokesperson for the Punjab VB stated that a corruption case has been registered against former MLA from Faridkot, Kushaldeep Singh Dhillon, who has been arrested. The case also names two co-conspirators identified as Gursewak Singh, a resident of Nanaksar village and Rajwinder Singh, a resident of Dhanna Shaheed village.
The spokesperson explained that all of Dhillon’s assets between April 1, 2017, and March 31, 2022, are being investigated. The investigation revealed that he had purchased properties in the names of different people in Mumara village, Sadik tehsil, Faridkot.
