In the case of Land for Jobs, Rouse Avenue Court of Delhi has given a big relief by granting bail to Lalu Yadav, Rabri Devi and Tejaswi Yadav. All of them were granted bail on a bond of 50 thousand rupees and the next hearing of the case will be held on October 16. The CBI opposed the bail saying that all the accused are holding high positions and it could affect the case.
While the court said that we do not think that it will affect the investigation. Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, Rabri Devi and Tejashwi Yadav along with Misa Bharti also reached the court. Lalu Prasad Yadav, who reached Delhi, said that the hearing will continue, but we have not done any such thing, due to which we have to fear. While Tejashwi Yadav said that in the government of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, whoever speaks the truth will face action.

It should be noted that on September 22, the CBI Special Court had issued summons against 17 accused including Lalu Yadav, Rabri Devi and Tejaswi Yadav and all were asked to appear in the court on October 4 today.
