Man suffers life-threatening injuries after scooter crash in Mississauga

An adult man suffered life-threatening injuries after his his scooter crashed in Mississauga late Sunday night, the Peel regional police said.

The crash took place at a residential area near Homeric and Vera Cruz drives just before midnight, police said in a post on the platform X.

The cause of the crash is unclear and investigators are seeking information that could clear the circumstances leading up to the crash, including CCTV footage.

Road closures in the area were lifted a little after 6 a.m. on Monday.
