Manpreet Sekhon, 25, Arrested for Armed Home Invasion in Brampton
Investigators from the Peel Regional Police Central Robbery Bureau have charged an adult in connection to a home invasion robbery that occurred in Brampton.
It is alleged that in the early morning hours of Friday, June 7, 2024, three suspects attended an address near Mayfield Road and Dixie Road in Brampton. The suspects forced entry into the residence while the victims were inside. Wearing disguises to conceal their identities, the suspects sprayed the victim with ‘bear spray’ and fled the residence to a stolen vehicle.
Following an investigation, a suspect has been identified and arrested. A search warrant was executed on the suspect’s residence, where property related to the above offence was located.

He was held for a bail hearing and attended the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton.
This investigation remains ongoing and police anticipate more charges could be laid.
