Punjab Govt sends two bills to Governor Purohit
Chandigarh: Bhagwant Mann-led Punjab Government has sent two bills to Governor Banwari Lal Purohit.

As per the reports, the two bills that has been sent to the Governor includes controversial Sikh Gurdwara (Amendment) Bill and the Punjab Police (Amendment) Bill passed by the Punjab Vidhan Sabha on June 20.

Notably, SGPC President Harjinder Singh Dhami has already met the Governor and appealed not to approve the Gurdwara Amendment Bill.
