Two Brampton Teens Arrested for Carjacking Ride-share Vehicle
Two Brampton teens have been arrested and charged for carjacking a ride-share vehicle. The two reportedly called for the ride and then robbed the vehicle at knifepoint. They are now facing charges of robbery and wearing a disguise with intent.
According to a new report, two teens from Brampton have been arrested and charged for robbery and wearing a disguise with intent after they stole a vehicle. The two ordered a vehicle through a ride-sharing app on April 27 in the area of Dixie Road and Queen Street in Brampton. As per the police, they asked the driver to take them to a nearby address and when they reached their destination, pulled a knife out.
They ordered the driver to get out of the car at knifepoint and then drove off. The police found both the suspects and the vehicle a short time later and both of them were in disguises. One of them had the weapon that was used in the carjacking.
