Brampton driver nearly hits 4 pedestrians as a sign of protest after failing at driver’s test

According to the police, a Brampton man’s decision to “protest” a failed driving test by nearly colliding with a group of pedestrians resulted in charges.
Officers were called to a plaza on Woodlawn Rd. West in Guelph shortly after 4:00 p.m. on Friday after a man became “irate after failing his driving test.”
According to police, the man’s erratic and dangerous driving was a form of protest after failing the test, and when officers arrived on the scene, the suspect was sitting in the driver’s seat of the parked vehicle.

As per police, the 36-year-old from Brampton failed a driving test and began yelling at staff before getting into his car and driving through the parking lot.
That’s when he tried to drive through a pedestrian walkway, narrowly missing four people before doing “burnouts” in the parking lot, according to police.
Following the alleged bout of road rage, a 36-year-old man from Brampton was charged with dangerous driving and stunt driving. Police have not released the man’s name or any other information about him.
