Brampton Man Faces 10 Charges After Threatening Another Driver With a Gun

A road rage incident in Brampton has led to the arrest of one man who pointed a gun at another driver threatening to kill him. The suspect’s vehicle was identified after an investigation and a search warrant was issued at a home in Brampton. The arrested has a total of 10 charges filed against him.

The incident took place in the area of Williams Parkway and Fletchers Creek Boulevard, Brampton, last week. In a road rage incident, a man produced a gun, pointed it at another driver and threatened to kill him, and then reportedly fled the scene. The other driver then reported the incident to the police who then issued a search warrant for the suspect’s home in Brampton. Anthony Daley, 33, was then arrested and charged.

Daley has been charged with pointing a firearm, careless storage of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm, possession of a loaded prohibited or restricted firearm, occupying a motor vehicle knowing there was a firearm, tampering with serial number, uttering a threat to cause death or bodily harm, and three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking.
