Brampton Road Rage: Three Suspect Arrested, One At Large

On Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at approximately 7:20 p.m., the victim was driving on Torbram Road near Eagleridge Drive, in the City of Brampton.

Investigators from the 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau have arrested three individuals following a road rage incident in Brampton.

On Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at approximately 7:20 p.m., the victim was driving on Torbram Road near Eagleridge Drive, in the City of Brampton. An interaction occurred between the victim and the occupants of a gold-coloured Hyundai Sonata with Ontario Licence Plate *CXHK981*.  During this incident, the victim was confronted by four individuals, threatened, and their vehicle damaged. Fortunately, there were no injuries physical reported by the victim and occupants.

On Tuesday, April 2, 2024, investigators arrested and charged the following individuals:

Ramanpreet Massih, a 23-year-old man from Caledon, is charged with:

  • Mischief over $5000

Akashdeep Singh, a 28-year-old man from Caledon, is charged with:

  • Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle

  • Mischief over $5000

  • Utter Threats

Sourav Sourav, a 28-year-old man from Brampton, is charged with:

  • Mischief over $5000

All three of these individuals will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton at a later date.

A fourth suspect is still outstanding, and is described as:

Male, South Asian, 6’0 tall, last seen wearing a gray baseball cap, black graffiti hooded sweatshirt with “Jordan 33” written in red, dark-coloured pants, and red and white low-top Jordan sneakers.

As investigators continue to search for this suspect, who is believed to be evading police.  He is encouraged to seek legal counsel and turn himself into the police.
