An image circulated online featuring a blue tractor-trailer displaying the words “student driver” on the rear and the name “Blue Rock” on the side. Although the police did not disclose the school’s name, a spokesperson from Blue Rock Truck Training School confirmed that charges were filed against the company in relation to the incident. Blue Rock stated that the driver was en route to a mechanic for servicing when the vehicle was stopped.
