The Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) has recently made an announcement regarding the phasing out of paper bags at all of its locations in the coming months. This initiative comes as part of the LCBO’s sustainability commitment to minimize its impact on the environment. The corporation is now encouraging its customers to bring their own reusable bags or buy one in-store, and also offering the option of re-used cardboard boxes and eight-pack carriers at no cost.
