On Monday evening, Peel police apprehended a Caledon resident for driving at double the designated speed limit on a Brampton road, citing the urgent need to use the bathroom as his explanation.
The incident occurred in the vicinity of Queen Street East and Goreway Drive, where law enforcement recorded the vehicle reaching 153 km/h in a 60 km/h zone.
Facing the consequences of his actions, the 26-year-old driver received charges for stunting, leading to a 30-day suspension of his license and a 14-day impoundment of his vehicle.
