Metrolinx’s Lakeshore West Train informed that they received a report just before 11:30 a.m., about a person being struck by GO Train at Clarkson GO station in the city of Mississauga.
Later, Peel Regional Police confirmed that a man was hit at a very slow speed. The paramedics informed that the man was rushed to the trauma centre with serious injuries.

The emergency personnel cleared the area shortly after 12:15 p.m., and the trains are now back up and running. The officers however, are still investigating the accident.
