Navjot Sidhu visits Badal village, expresses grief over demise of SAD patron
Badal: Senior Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu on Sunday arrived in Badal village to express grief over the demise of former Punjab Chief Minister and Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) patron Sardar Parkash Singh Badal. Sidhu, on Sunday, met SAD chief Sukhbir Singh Badal and extended his condolences.
“My relationship with the Badal Family is an open secret, but there is no animosity with those who have departed……. May his soul rest in the lotus feet of the Almighty Waheguru…… strength to the family to bear this irreparable loss,” Sidhu said in a now-deleted tweet.
