Raghav Chadha reached the High Court in the case of vacating the bungalow

Aam Aadmi Party’s Rajya Sabha member from Punjab Raghav Chadha has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court against the Patiala House Court’s order to vacate a Type-7 bungalow in Delhi. The Patiala House Court had issued a directive to Raghav Chadha to vacate the bungalow on October 6. Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha member Raghav Chadha has been living in a type-7 bungalow on Pandara Road in Delhi for 13 months.
Earlier on March 3, Rajya Sabha Secretariat had asked Raghav Chadha to vacate this bungalow. Raghav Chadha had reached the Patiala House Court against this directive of the Rajya Sabha Secretariat. After which the court asked to stay the direction of the secretariat. Recently, the court refused to stay the direction of the secretariat and asked to vacate the bungalow and Raghav Chadha has reached the High Court. The matter will now be heard tomorrow on Wednesday.
