According to Environment Canada, light snow is expected to begin early Monday, with a brief lull in the afternoon before heavier snow arrives in the evening. Initial snowfall amounts are expected to range from a few centimetres, with a more substantial accumulation of 5 to 10 centimetres anticipated by Monday night. Snowfall will taper off into light flurries later in the evening, but freezing drizzle may persist into the night.
