Air Canada stated that it was “experiencing an IT issue affecting airport check-in at [Toronto Pearson]” in a tweet sent out on Thursday afternoon.
The airline recommended that customers check-in online or via mobile before heading to the airport.
According to Toronto Pearson, the disruption had an impact on processes like check-in, baggage delivery, and gating.
