Warrant Issued for Prolific Break and Enter Suspect Jagdish Pandher

Investigators from the 11 Division Break and Enter Unit have linked a prolific offender to another break and enter at a religious institution in Mississauga.

On Wednesday, October 4, 2023, a break-in occurred at a Temple near Mississauga Road and Alpha Mills Road in Mississauga. The suspect was captured on surveillance footage entering the Temple and stealing a donation box containing a large sum of currency.

Following an extensive investigation, detectives identified the suspect as 41-year-old Jagdish Pandher of no fixed address. Jagdish has previously been charged in relation to multiple break-and-enters across the Greater Toronto Area.

A warrant has been sought for Jagdish’s arrest for the offence of Break and Enter and commit indicatable offence, contrary to section 348(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

Although this offence occurred at place of worship, Investigators are confident that this was a crime of opportunity to steal cash and not motivated by hate.
